Please fill out the Equipment Hire Form and return it to one of the contacts below to approve your request.

Groups, schools or organisations will not be able to use the gear if they dont have the hire agreement.

It is recommended a team of people are available to collect the gear from the shed and set up the ground.

All gear will be signed out and checked back in again.

Any gear used by schools or groups must be returned to the shed before leaving the Stadium, and the shed left tidy.

The school or organisation will be invoiced for any equipment damaged or not returned.
